Our youth conditioning programs provide opportunities to develop overall self-confidence in conditioning, fitness, and sports in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. A strong emphasis will be made on making the mind body connection with neuromotor training and injury prevention.
• This option is suitable for elementary to middle school students.
• Includes eight 30-minute individual trainings that are scheduled on your own time that works best for you.
• Includes group trainings Mondays & Thursdays 4-:5:30 pm. With flexible scheduling. Come on days that work best for you (not all days need to be attended) and drop in at any time during the time frame (you do not need to be there right at 4 pm and can leave before 5:30 pm.
• Individualized care with private sessions.
• Consistent training.
• Best for more serious athletes and those wanting a more consistent schedule.
• More options for your time. You and your trainer can decide how to best use your training for any combination of: Traditional Training, BFR Training, Mental toughness training, Injury prevention, Assisted Stretching, Myofascial Therapy, Cupping Therapy (Dynamic), Infrared Sauna with chromotherapy
• 10 x individual youth trainings.
• Sessions are 30 minutes in length.
• A great option for youth looking to enhance a specific skill. Whether it be running form, speed, strength, agility, power, or addressing imbalances created by repetitive movement.

Participants do not have to be involved in organized or competitive sports to join this program. This program is suitable for school age children starting as young as 5 years old. Individual training is also available for all ages.

Between Clinics, Classes, Open Training Time, & Youth Individual Training our youth maximize the effectiveness of our program!
While we are looking forward to physical improvements, considering the current health situation we believe that having a safe environment to provide our youth with community, friendship, and support is largely important at this time. It will be a fun and memorable summer for our youth!
